“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.”

Reading becomes a bigger part of life when we grow. Be our accompany to experience the world together. We selected our favourite books to showcase this time with you by artist and illustrator Oliver Jeffers.
Diving in the world of book is so much joy! Do you read with your baby? It means a lot when you engage with her/ him and explore the new world together.
That is to experience ups and downs, learning new things together, as a magical experience.
With the emergence of smartphones and tablets, we are using smart devices for reading more often and we are moving away from paper.
Will screens replace paper in the future?
We explored the issue with Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, check out on photo article below written and captured by us on “Future Reading: Paper or Pixel”.

Under the influence of Portuguese culture, we could see a mix of coloane buildings and some architectures with Baroque and European colonial buildings.
Although it was a cloudy and rainy day, we manage to take some photos under the beautiful architectures together with blogger Melly Woo.

We travelled to Tokyo, Japan for a break for cherry blossom (Sakura) and hope to share with you the beauty of it.
We love the simplicity here. We chose to come to Tokyo because we would love to see the sakura trees together with city views.
It’s the first time for us to see Sakura, we are simply amazed by the blossoms around the whole city.
There are couples and families everywhere. Some locals sit around the parks for a picnic while some travellers are busy enjoying the blossoms on various trees. What an interesting scene! We thought there would be mainly visitors but we noticed there are locals who would come here for a walk or a picnic with their bentos. Locals treasure the beauty as much as visitors.
Isn’t it poetic to see couples and families rowing a boat for a relaxing day across the river with city views and cherry blossoms?

We are a big fan of Monet’s Impressionism painting and it’s poetic to see the photos blown up from the imaginations. Blending artsy aesthetics into photography is such a beautiful thing on Earth! Thank you, Phoebe & Jean for having trust on us to go ahead with the artistic direction.
Phoebe is my high school friend and we’ve known each other for years! She is a sweet and considerate girl. Her fiancee, Jean, is sweet and calm. He has grown up in France and eventually chose to stay in Hong Kong for Phoebe! We chose this French heritage building of over a hundred years to witness the romantic love of the two lovebirds.
