“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.”
― Charles W. Eliot
Reading becomes a bigger part of life when we grow. Be our accompany to experience the world together. We selected our favourite books to showcase this time with you by artist and illustrator Oliver Jeffers.
Diving in the world of book is so much joy! Do you read with your baby? It means a lot when you engage with her/ him and explore the new world together.
That is to experience ups and downs, learning new things together, as a magical experience.
With the emergence of smartphones and tablets, we are using smart devices for reading more often and we are moving away from paper.
Will screens replace paper in the future?
We explored the issue with Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, check out on photo article below written and captured by us on “Future Reading: Paper or Pixel”.
Valerie is with us for the shoot featured on Youth of Hong Kong on the quarterly journal of Hong Kong Federation of Youth Group (HKFYG) on Future of Reading.

Under the influence of Portuguese culture, we could see a mix of coloane buildings and some architectures with Baroque and European colonial buildings.
Although it was a cloudy and rainy day, we manage to take some photos under the beautiful architectures together with blogger Melly Woo.

It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.”
Judy Garland
It’s a mix of warmth and coolness under the weather recently. We decided to walk around the reservoir for this valentine couple session. Helen & Kenneth shared how they got together from university and walked through the seven years of love together.
Helen is a lovely friend that we went through school from middle school, high school up to university. It’s a special feeling to witness her from studies to love with her pure personality keeping the same as always.

“What keeps my heart awake is the colourful silence.”

We are a big fan of Monet’s Impressionism painting and it’s poetic to see the photos blown up from the imaginations. Blending artsy aesthetics into photography is such a beautiful thing on Earth! Thank you, Phoebe & Jean for having trust on us to go ahead with the artistic direction.
Phoebe is my high school friend and we’ve known each other for years! She is a sweet and considerate girl. Her fiancee, Jean, is sweet and calm. He has grown up in France and eventually chose to stay in Hong Kong for Phoebe! We chose this French heritage building of over a hundred years to witness the romantic love of the two lovebirds.
